Michal Kedzierski
Michal Kedzierski is a cinematographer/filmmaker based in Mississauga/Toronto who is immensely passionate about creating beautiful and meaningful images. He began his career by creating YouTube videos as a teen and currently attends Sheridan College's Bachelor of Film and Television Production program.
In 2023, he received the WILLIAM F. WHITE Vilmos Zsigmond scholarship award and won best cinematography for his short film, "The Last Goodbye," at the 4theatre Selection Film Festival. The film went on to win the "Best Short Film" category at the ALTFF International Film Festival in Toronto and receive an Official Selection at the Vancouver International Movie Awards and the San Francisco Arthouse Short festival.
He excels in the camera department for narrative productions for short films and web series, and occasionally works in lighting and grip department. Michal holds a permit at NABET 700 UNIFOR in the grip department, and is a student member in the Canadian Society of Cinematographers.
